Terms of Use

1. Using YogaShot

YogaShot offers guided yoga, breathing exercises, camera-based posture feedback, practice history, and membership features. Features and availability may vary by device, platform, region, and release. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor under applicable law, use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the service.

2. General wellness and safe practice

YogaShot is for general fitness and wellness. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or a substitute for a qualified instructor or health professional. Automated posture feedback and scores are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Choose movements appropriate for your ability, use a safe space, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Consult a qualified health professional about exercise if you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a practice is suitable. Do not rely on the app to identify injuries or decide whether a movement is medically safe. Exercise involves risks, and results vary.

3. Membership, prices, and trials

Paid membership unlocks the features described at checkout. Available plans may include weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled.

The 14-day offer may be presented separately and is subject to eligibility. Trial offers cannot be assumed to be available to every account or combined. Your checkout screen controls the offer, currency, taxes, trial eligibility, billing period, and amount that apply to your purchase. Prices may differ outside the United States.

If you accept a free trial, you authorize the displayed recurring charge when it ends unless you cancel before the applicable deadline. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid renewal; for Google Play and web purchases, follow the deadline shown by your billing provider. Charges and renewals are handled by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on where you subscribe. Price changes will be communicated and any required consent obtained under the applicable provider rules and law.

4. Cancellation, management, and refunds

You can manage your membership from the app’s account or subscription settings, when available, or directly with the provider that billed you:

• Apple: open your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
• Google Play: open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions in Google Play. See Google’s cancellation instructions.
• Web / Stripe: use the management link supplied with your subscription or open the billing portal with the email used for your purchase. Contact support@yogashot.app if you need help.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues through the paid period, although trial access may end sooner under the billing provider’s rules. Uninstalling YogaShot, signing out, or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility depends on your billing provider and applicable law. For store purchases, request a refund through Apple or Google Play. For web purchases, contact us with your purchase email and relevant receipt details. Do not send card numbers. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

5. Membership across devices

Membership can be associated with your YogaShot account so eligible features can be recognized across supported devices and platforms. Sign in to the same account and use Restore Purchases where available. Restoring access does not transfer billing management to a different provider. Avoid purchasing another subscription if you already have an active one; contact support if access is missing.

6. Acceptable use and our content

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use YogaShot in accordance with these Terms. The app, branding, illustrations, instructional content, and software are owned by Fewdy LLC or its licensors. Do not redistribute or sell the service or its content, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, use it unlawfully, or attempt to access another person’s information. Exceptions permitted by applicable law remain available.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. App stores, sign-in providers, billing providers, and linked services have their own terms and policies. These Terms govern your relationship with Fewdy LLC; Apple and Google are not parties to them. Where an app store requires a separate application license or additional mandatory terms, those terms also apply.

8. Availability, changes, and suspension

We may improve, change, or discontinue features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. We will provide notice where required and honor applicable rights relating to paid services. The service may experience interruptions, and we cannot guarantee that every feature will work on every device or that stored information will always be recoverable.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or particular fitness results. We do not exclude any warranty, liability, or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be limited, or overrides your mandatory consumer protections.

10. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and give additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that already accrued. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the service and cancel any subscription through your billing provider.
